Payment Policy:

We accept multiple payment methods to make it easy and convenient for you to purchase our products:

  • Online Payment: We accept online payment through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
  • Case on Delivery (COD): We offer cash on delivery (COD) service for select products. You can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to you. Please note that additional charges may apply for COD service.
  • Bank Transfer: You can also make a bank transfer for your order. Please contact us at support@mpowerz.in for our bank details.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store any of your payment information.

In the event that we are unable to process your payment, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with alternative payment options.

Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our prices up-to-date and competitive, but we cannot guarantee that the prices listed on our website are always accurate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and cancellation policy as follows:

  • Cancellation Policy: you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@mpowerz.in as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, you may be subject to additional charges for the return shipping and handling.
  • Policy: you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is damaged, used, or missing parts.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@mpowerz.in. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that the refund amount may not include any shipping or handling charges incurred during the original purchase. Also, refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
