Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

At Mpowerz, we want to make sure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1000. Orders below INR 1000 will be charged a shipping fee of INR 50. We currently ship to locations across India.

Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving them. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers:

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to India Post, BlueDart, and FedEx. The shipping carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size and weight of the items in your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your order and see the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We also cannot ship outside of India.

Shipping Damage:

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, sometimes items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging material so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in shipping your order. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a refund or replacement item.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within India. We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so please check back for updates.

Holiday Shipping:

During busy holiday periods, such as Diwali and Christmas, shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order well in advance of these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping to Remote Locations:

If you live in a remote location, there may be additional shipping charges and longer delivery times. If this is the case for your order, we will notify you of any additional charges and estimated delivery times before shipping your order. If you have any questions about shipping to remote locations, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Confirmation:

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure that they are received by the intended recipient. If you are not available to sign for your order, the shipping carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your order from a local facility.

Changing Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address for your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed after the order has been processed.

Additional Information:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or availability of product. In the event that we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Shipping Charges for Large Items:

For large and heavy items such as batteries, inverters and solar system, and their combo, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the item, as well as your location. If your order includes large or heavy items, we will notify you of any additional shipping charges before shipping your order.

Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays. We will do our best to keep you updated on any delays and work with the shipping carrier to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery Method:

We use ground shipping for most orders, but may use other shipping methods, such as air or sea freight, for large or heavy items. If you have any specific shipping requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
